While most of us wish we could wear, touch or even see an Augusta National green jacket, let’s take a look at some recent Masters winners and who’s worn the jacket the best.
Some players went simple and some went bold with their Sunday polo choice, but it’s hard to go wrong wearing the green jacket.
We’ve rounded up and reviewed green jacket looks from the past decade to see who wore it best.

Bubba Watson kept it simple, but so was golf fashion at the time. A classic white polo shirt under the jacket was a sure move from Watson.
It’s almost as if a white polo shirt on Sunday means you know you have the strength within you to win. Adam Scott wore the white polo shirt effortlessly and it paired well with the green jacket.
Bubba is back with the white polo shirt but improved it in 2014. Watson had small lines printed on his polo shirt in a faded pattern. Not a bad look, but not a standout favorite.
Jordan Spieth adds color to his victory with a navy blue Under Armor polo shirt with a herringbone pattern. I’m for the navy polo shirt with the jacket. I think the white pants with the navy belt looked neat and helped tie the look together.
Green on green. I’m all for bringing your favorite shades of green to Augusta National to celebrate the tournament. I think Danny Willett’s white pants and belt made both greens work. The lighter green polo shirt matched the green Masters jacket well.
Sergio Garcia won in a color-block blue polo shirt. I think the accessory that throws this look off is the gray multi-toned belt. A blue belt to match the shirt might have been a better choice if we’re really trying to be picky.
Patrick Reed’s bright pink polo shirt was a great choice in 2018. This color popped under the green jacket and reminded everyone of the beautiful Masters azaleas.
I think we can all agree that it works. Tiger Woods’ red in 2019 and every round on Sunday will forever win in our hearts.
Dustin Johnson striping for his 2020 Masters win was a great way to break up the solid green. I think the stripes were small and subtle enough to complement the jacket perfectly.
Hideki Matsuyama picked up a sensational victory at the 2021 Masters. He wore a yellow striped shirt on Sunday, making it the perfect splash of color under the jacket. The tone of the yellow was subtle enough not to overpower the jacket but was a small flash of Hideki’s unique style.
